Welcome to Soulful Journeys Hawaii. By accessing this website or engaging our travel planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Soulful Journeys Hawaii acts solely as a travel advisor and booking agent. We assist in arranging travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers. We do not own, manage, or operate these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, delays, changes, or failures to perform.

All bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the applicable travel suppliers. This includes, but is not limited to, payment schedules, cancellation policies, changes, delays, and refunds. Soulful Journeys Hawaii is not responsible for travel disruptions caused by weather, mechanical issues, supplier changes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

By booking through Soulful Journeys Hawaii, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for your travel decisions and participation.

Soulful Journeys Hawaii reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

A change fee of $75 per booking applies to itinerary modifications or re-bookings requested after planning has begun.

In the event of trip cancellation, a cancellation fee of $150 per booking will apply. This fee is separate from, and in addition to, any penalties imposed by travel suppliers.

Travel Insurance

Travel protection insurance is strongly recommended, including coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage loss, and supplier default. “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage may be available depending on provider and timing.

Soulful Journeys Hawaii is not a licensed insurance producer and cannot guarantee coverage, benefits, or claim outcomes. All questions regarding coverage should be directed to the insurance provider or licensed agent.

If travel insurance is declined, you accept full financial responsibility for any uncovered losses. You may be required to sign an insurance waiver within 14 days of booking.
